The ALCAT test is an easy, accurate and reliable method for identifying food intolerance or food sensitivities, as well as sensitivities to mold and common chemicals.

The ALCAT test is designed to assess sensitivites to over 450 food, chemical and environmental substances.

Food sensitivities differ from food allergies. A true food allergy usually comes on suddenly, happens every time you eat the food and can be life-threatening, while reactions from food sensitivity or food intolerance are usually delayed, may only happen if you eat a lot of the food and is not life-threatening.

Food sensitivities are very common, yet often undiagnosed. These sensitivities are shown to be associated with both acute and chronic issues.and can result in an array of physical and psychological symptoms and conditions.
