I have always been interested in Health and Wellness. I have been an avidrunner, completing several half marathons and have purposefully tried to stay ontrack with nutrition, although I have missed the mark often. Through researchand experience, I have come to firmly believe in the 80/20 plan. 80% diet and20% exercise to effectively lose or maintain a healthy weight. I am so glad tobe a part of this great team at Seguin Family Medicine. Every member of thisstaff is on board to treat the whole patient. I believe this is what Patientcare is all about. I am looking forward to helping our patients reach theirhealth and wellness goals as I am learning right along with them. We are in this together!
